Megan works from the core belief that when you empower people, they will do amazing things. She is a special education program manager with over 15 years of experience as an educator. Her greatest strengths are giving specific positive feedback, relationship-building, facilitation of teamwork, and she has a talent for people analysis, and quickly and precisely learning new skills. She is passionate about people, group and team success, and taking on challenges and feeling discomfort. She value compassion, intuition, gratitude, growth, and freedom. She loves to do escape rooms.
